Hello Lincoln Families,
I think we need a pep talk😀(click link). Even though Kid President isn't a kid anymore, his message is encouraging, powerful, and rings true! Let me introduce myself! (When watching the Meet the Teacher slide make sure you click the presentation button on the top right-hand corner or the videos won't play). I am thrilled to be your child's 4th-grade teacher!
4th-grade is an important year for a child's growth and maturity. They begin to learn how to depend less on teachers and parents and become more independent learners. As your child's 4th-grade teacher, I have an important role in setting the foundation for the students to become lifelong learners. It is a responsibility I take very seriously. I look forward to working with your child. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child's 4th-grade journey! And like Kid President says, "Let's get to it!"
I apologize in advance. My blogs are not always this long, but since this is the first one of the year it's a little longer. Make sure you pay attention to the hyperlinks to Google Forms especially if you are interested in volunteering in the classroom or helping with parties. If you have any questions you can always email me. Thank you.
